UzAuto Motors Powertrain has extended the contract for support and modification services for its SAP Business One enterprise information system.
Under the renewed agreement, the service provider will continue to deliver comprehensive technical support for the platform across all levels:
- Level 1 support — initial consultation and ticket registration;
- Level 2 support — resolution of standard technical issues and configuration of standard functionalities;
- Level 3 support — advanced technical assistance, including analysis of complex incidents and system configuration changes.
